Terms of service

Our sculptures are entirely handcrafted & by the Artist and may take to 28 working days to make from receipt of order unless otherwise stated (depending on amount of work involved & wether the item is currently in stock )

Customised orders are subject to a non refundable deposit .
Items customised from your photographs,are made to the best of our ability & may vary due to quality of your photographs and feasibility of copying the  colouring in paint, We do not guarantee an exact likeness.

Name plates

Are refundable for actual faults only. Layout, font, engraving style etc preferences are not garaunteed. 

 I do not ship replacement name plates to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery is by Royal mail 2nd class recorded unless requested otherwise by the buyer.

All items are packed securely to avoid damage , in the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please provide photos of the damage in your email and return the item for replacement  (in the case of customised  urns,only the damaged part - sculpture or urn - will be replaced)

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging etc. A refund will be issued upon receipt.
Customised items and Deposits for commissioned work are non refundable.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced with another of the same design, if available.

My items are not gift boxed. They are shipped in a plain box with large bubble wrap. But If you do need your item gift boxed please let me know before I ship your item & I'll do my best to accommodate.

If you require your item to be delivered by a certain date you must notify me before purchase.

Once dispatched, delivery of sculptures within the UK is 2-5 days, Europe 4-7 days, US and Canada 5-15 days and rest of the world 7-20 days.

If you require your order for a specific date IE : Birthday, Christmas present, etc. Please contact me before purchase to check availability.

Orders may be cancelled by emailing or phoning us before the item has been shipped. If the order has already shipped it must be returned in original condition with all original packaging etc & a refund will be issued for the item price.
Items damaged during transit will be replaced with another item of the same design- if available - on return of the item to us .
If you supply an incorrect address and item has already shipped, you will be refunded the item cost only ( and only when item has arrived back with me) and will need to place a new order with the correct address.

If you have a complaint I will only discuss it in a civil ,factual manner. I will not converse with aggressive or threatening emails/phonecalls
